Mrs. Roseline Erobu was born and educated in Jos, Nigeria. She began her career as a Banker and worked for Barclays Bank Nigerian Limited. In 1973, she left the banking industry and began her personal business ventures. By 1980, her dedication and success in the business world led to the formation of her company—Rojest Enterprise. The company continued to grow and led to other business ventures and investments that comprised Rojest Enterprises. She is the founder and CEO of the companies to date.
She has played and continues to play key roles in many social, religious, cultural and educational organizations. She has numerous awards from various entities. In 2006, she received the "Ezinne (Great Mother)" honor award given by the Anglican Church Lagos West Diocese Mothers' Union. In 2010, she was honored with the award of "Best Mother Honor" by the Church of Pentecost Anglican Communion Mothers' Union, Lagos, Nigeria. The Young Women's Association of Festac Town Lagos, Nigeria gave her the Philanthropic award for her contributions to the development and growth of the organization. She was given Chieftaincy titles in 1998 (Oyo), 2003 (Ijabuode) 2006 (Obosi, ODU).
She is the Matron of the following social organizations: Obosi Development Union, Lagos, Nigeria; Odiche Ladies Club, Lagos, Nigeria; Boys & Girls Brigade, Festac Town, Lagos, Nigeria and African Awake for Children. She is a member of the Lions' Club, Festac Town Lagos, Nigeria and many other social organizations.
She has four children: Timothy, Jennifer, Steven, and Vivian. She has six grand children: Alex, Marie, Michael, Jessica, Kristin, and Joshua. She has one devoted daughter-in-law, Mrs. Marquita Erobu of Mobile, Alabama and one devoted son-in-law, Mr. Kayode Songanuga of London, England.
